Don’t have a 3D file? No problem. Our in-house engineer can turn your drawings, broken parts, or ideas into print-ready digital models.
1. Reverse Engineering: Bring us a broken plastic part, and we will measure, model, and improve it. We analyze where the original part failed and redesign it with reinforced geometry so it never breaks again.
2. Optimization for Print (DfAM): Our designer knows our 4-printer setup perfectly. We use Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) techniques to make parts stronger while using less material. This results in faster print times and lower costs for you.
3. Prototyping Iterations: We follow a professional engineering workflow. We don’t just design once; we work with you through Version 1, 2, and 3 until the fit, feel, and function are perfect for your specific application.
4. File Repair: If you have a “broken” or non-manifold STL file downloaded from the internet, our team can fix the digital mesh, close gaps, and repair the geometry to make it 100% printable on our machines.
